He was previously a partner and general manager of Knaack Enterprises, a 125-year-old family business.He is a founding member of the Civic Foundation of the City of Ratzeburg and served as president of the Golf-Club Gut Grambek. Knaack is also the founder and chair of the Karl Adam Foundation.
Sharen Fisher is the Soroptimist International President for 2020/2021. She serves as the Director of Administrative Services of a not for profit association bringing education, awareness and prevention of adult abuse, neglect and self-neglect to communities throughout the province. Prior to this, her career was primarily around publicly traded companies with positions including principal, director, capital formation, business planning and investor. She holds a designation as a Certified Public Accountant.

She is involved in strategic litigation, advocacy / lobbying, press relations and communication.
She is also the #FreeIC Ambassador for France.
Tim Curtis is the section chief of the UNESCO Intangible Heritage Section and the third Secretary of the 2003 Convention.
Trained with a PH.D. in cultural anthropology, Tim has worked for UNESCO since 2000, and for more than 11 years in the field, first at UNESCO Office in Dar-es-Salaam and then as head of UNESCO’s Cultural Unit in Bangkok.

Specialist in intangible culture Heritage and Cultural consultant, with 20 years experience in cultural heritage, historical buildings projects management, Dr.Abdulaziz Al Musallam is the chairman of Sharjah Institute for Heritage UAE - Managing Tangible and Intangible Heritage in the Emirates of Sharjah UAE.
He is also the CIOFF President of the Arabic Zone since 2020
Marcel Zounon is the CIOFF Representative for Africa and the director of the ensemble artistique national du Benin and dancing trainer at InMMAC university of Abomey-Calavi.
Laura López is professional on International Relations with a minor in Anthropology, Specialist in Social Management with additional education on Cultural Administration and Intangible Cultural Heritage. CIOFF volunteer since 2015 where she has supported the Youth work in Colombia, Latin America and the Caribbean Sector and now as Youth Representative for UNESCO affairs. Currently working as Grants Officer for the Norwegian Refugee Council in Colombian northeast region.
Marcel Tilkin retired from business after a career in textile care and property management.
He has been a Rotarian since 1992, after having been a Rotaractor (1966 to 1978) .
President of his Rotary Club in the centennial year (2004-2005), active on the District 1630 Committee since 2005, Assistant Governor, and International Committee.
ICC National Coordinator for BeLux (2010-2013 and 2016-2019), Marcel serves as the ICC Executive Council Treasurer (2018-2022).
Peter Kyle is a Rotary International Director for 2020-2022. Peter first came to the US from New Zealand in 1973 to pursue post-graduate studies in law at the University of Virginia as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar. After a career in private legal practice in New Zealand he returned to the US in 1992 to take up a position with the World Bank as a senior international attorney. He retired from this position in 2009.
He was inducted into Rotary in 1976 and has since served the organization in many capacities. He has been particularly involved in alumni/Rotary Peace Fellow activities and has chaired both the Alumni Relations and Rotary Peace Centers Committees. He has also served as the Dean of the Rotary Representative Network.
Judith Diment serves on Rotary’s International PolioPlus Committee, coordinates Rotary’s PolioPlus National Advocacy Advisers (NAAs) and is NAA in the UK. She encourages governments to provide financial/political support for global polio eradication. She is also Dean of Rotary’s Representative Network and is representative to the Commonwealth.
Kyle Emile is the founder & Executive Director of Free Intelligent Conversation (FreeIC) is a non-profit organization that facilitates engaging conversations between strangers in public places.
Kyle started FreeIC as a side-project to solve his own problem of not being able to find public places that facilitated meaningful conversations between strangers. After seeing the impact FreeIC had on him and others, Kyle committed to growing FreeIC and making it his life’s work.

A Soroptimist since 1993, Bev has has served at many levels of the organization including SIA Midwestern Region Governor, SIA Federation Board Member and numerous leadership positions at the club level. In her current role as Soroptimist International Director of Advocacy, she works with the Soroptimist International UN Representatives, the Advocacy Committee and SI Board to ensure that Soroptimist International is the Global Voice For Women.

She is an employed at Cultural Centre “Narodni dom Maribor” in Maribor, where they organize more than 2,000 events per year, from all areas of culture. Especially well known are the festivals they organize, such as International Multicultural Festival Lent and folklore festival Folkart, as well as festival of classical music, International Festival Maribor.
